What is the tour duration?

Two effective hours – But remember you needs to arrive 30 minutes before the tour starts.

How many reefs are visited in the tour?

Three shallow reefs with two stops
Two of these reefs are so close to each other that both are visited in one stop.

Can I be picked up at my own cruise pier?

We are strategy located within walking distance of the two larger cruise ship piers, and from the reefs we visit (this is why 2 hours are enough). Passengers coming from the mainland and the Punta Langosta pier are located at only 7 minutes taxi or 40 minutes walking.

If any of my companions or myself, decide not to do snorkeling, shall we pay the same?

Yes. With the ticket fee, the services on board the boat, drinks and crew members are covered, so the fact of not entering the water does not really affect the operation costs.

If I do not consume anything on board or if I bring my own drinks, do I pay the same?

Yes. With the ticket fee, the services on board the boat, drinks and crew members are covered, so the fact of not consuming drinks does not really affect the operation costs.

Can I use my own snorkel gear?

Yes, of course. Either way, if you would like to take our tube as souvenir, go ahead.

Do you provide towels?

In order to offer a better service and to ensure maximum hygiene, we ask each passenger to bring their own towel.

Can I use sunscreen?

Yes, of course. As long as it is applied 30 minutes before we starts, it is 100% biodegradable and does not affect the environment of marine life. But we like to suggest you to better use long sleeve shirt for swimming.

If I go with a large group, do we pay the same?

Yes, the rates are already calculated to cover operating costs per person. If you want a private service because you come with a very large group, please contact us and we will take care of the case.

If there is a person joining my group at last minute, can he/she come and pay his/her ticket directly before starting the tour?

Yes, it is possible, although due to the capacity of the boats and to offer a better service, it is preferable to confirm in advance the final number of passengers.

The tour is cancelled due to weather conditions?

Only when the wind is too strong, and the port authorities make the official announcement. Other than that, and even with pouring rain, the tour can operate.
